Problems. These are very good for the healthy, but the chronically ill will need to spend the high deductibles each year, and thus pay disproportionately more. To some extent, this is good to provide motivation for healthier lifestyles, but some chronic conditions are hereditary. Businesses are already adopting HSA plans, but to save costs and thus they put more costs on the employees.
